Data collected

When registering for an event: first name, last name, email, number of participants, and phone number only when needed to organise the event. When subscribing to the newsletter: email address only, with a separate consent that is never pre-checked.

Use of data

Event registration data is used solely to organise that event. It is never reused for marketing purposes without a separate, explicit consent.

Data retention

For a paid event, registration data is kept for 10 years after the event (the legal retention period for accounting records, since it is tied to a payment). For a free event, it is kept for 1 year after the event. Email addresses collected for the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, as well as to object to marketing use of it. To exercise these rights, write to us via the Contact page.

Data processors

Website and database hosting : OVH SAS (France).
Payment for paid events : Stripe — via a Stripe payment link — no card details are entered or stored on this site.
Sending automated emails (registration, payment and cancellation confirmations) : Resend.

No other processor is used at this time (no analytics service). This list will be updated if new tools are introduced.
